How long will delivery take to receive my product? 

It usually takes us 2 business working days to personalise your item and we aim to post it out as soon as possible. Just to be sure, we outline 5 working days depending on the quantity of your order. 

 

If I've made a mistake with the personalisation of my order, how long after can I contact you to change it?

Changes can be made up to 5pm on the same day of order. If you have placed an order after 5pm, this can be updated/changed up to 5pm the next day. Please try to contact us at manalosistersboutique@gmail.com as soon as you have noticed any mistakes and we will do our best to help you. 

 

Can I request more photos of the products? 

Of course! We can provide alternative pictures of products to help you with your decision. 

 

Can I return a personalised product once I have purchased it? 

As these are customised products, unfortunately once the product has been personalised, it cannot be returned unless broken or faulty due to delivery. This needs to be confirmed a maximum of 48 hours from delivery to qualify for a refund. If a product is broken or faulty, please contact us so we can resolve the issue. 

 

I have not received my product. What are the next steps?
